 Carton magazine
The mechanism consists of a carton conveyor belt, a carton blocking mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The carton magazine can accommodate 1,000 cartons. This mechanism contains a carton shortage alarm system. Every time a carton is opened, the carton conveyor belt will move one step forward to ensure that each carton is opened. The lifting mechanism can lift the carton magazine structure by 200mm to facilitate maintenance and adjustment.

Back pushing Mechanism
It consists of 21 pairs of pushing rods. Each pair of pushing rods contains a product pushing rod and a leaflet pushing rod. Each pair of pushing rods has an independent lane changing function to ensure that the pushing rods will not push at the station where there is a carton but no product. The pushing rod for pushing leaflets moves first to ensure that the leaflet is put into the carton first. Pushing overload protection system is in place to protect the main machine.

Fully automatic continuous cartoning machine ZHJ400 is a new model developed by our company incorporating advanced domestic and foreign technologies. It is a high-tech product integrating mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and optics. This model consists of a bottle unscrambler, bottle unscrambler conveyor, servo discharging mechanism and ZHJ400 cartoning machine, and is suitable for many types of bottle-shaped products. The functions include online product conveying and detection, leaflet folding (1 to 4 folds) and transmission, carton picking, forming and transmission, carton opening detection, leaflets entry detection, product entry detection, batch number embossing, and tuck-in at both ends of the carton (also applicable to hot melt gluing), rejection of cartons missing products, rejection of carons missing leaflets, and finished product discharging.
This model packs bottle-shaped products such as vials and ampoules, and can be customized for special-shaped bottles. The stable cartoning speed is 360 cartons per minute, and the maximum speed can reach 400 cartons per minute. It can be integrated with the preceding filling production line, or can be run semi-automatically for manual feeding. The end of line can be integrated with packaging equipment such as bundling machine, cellophane overwrapping machine, and case packer. It is the best module for mass production lines.

7. Overload protection systems for the whole machine, for the conveyor chain, for the leaflet folding mechanism, and for the pusher. When overload such as jamming occurs, the machine will automatically stop and the overload position will be displayed on the touch screen, reducing the impact on the equipment damage.
8. The packaging procedure adopts the principle of product-first. When there is no product, there will be no leaflet feeding and no carton feeding, so as to ensure the rate of qualified products and reduce the wastage of packaging materials.
9. If carton is missed for three consecutive times, the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
10. The pusher pushes the products continuously into the carton so that the products enter the cartons safely and smoothly. No damage to the products or cartons. Waste of packaging materials is minimized and the yield rate is maximized.
11. When a different product is changed within a certain range, there is no need to replace the mold/format, but only simple adjustments are required.
