Audited Supplier Model KZF-550R robot case loading machine is a new electromechanical integration automatic case loading equipment developed by our company by combining domestic and foreign advanced technologies. The machine consists of automatic palletizing system, case erecting system, case loading system, case sealing system, etc. It adopts PLC+HMI operating system, with servo-driven mechanism to complete the opening action, and Kuka robot mechanism to complete the carton loading action. This machine is suitable for automatic packing of various products of different sizes, and it can be used as a stand-alone machine or in-line with the upstream packaging machine to complete the secondary packaging production line.
This machine can automatically palletize or arrange products of various sizes according to the requirements of the number of case loading products, and after the palletizing is completed, the packages will be loaded into the case by the KUKA robot clamping (or suction cup) system, and the cases will be automatically entered into the sealing mechanism for sealing after the completion of the cases, and the rear end of the machine can be equipped with a powered roller line according to the requirements of users so as to be connected with the large cases labeling machine and the automatic case strapping machine.
The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other light industries.
