Production
The plastic tray blister machine DPT420F is a new model developed by our company incorporating advanced domestic and foreign technologies. It is a high-tech product integrating mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and optics. The model features easily visible balcony design, easily-pulled-out drawer-type format module, fully servo drive, and machine body of all-aluminum, stainless steel and tempered glass. The machine is highly integrated with handy adjustment for different products and robotic loading. It is suitable for vials, ampoules, oral liquid and other products in daily chemical industry, electronics industry, and pharmaceutical industry.
The machine runs stably at 20-40 strokes per minute, and can reach 60 strokes/minute at maximum. It can be integrated with preceding equipment, or can be run semi-automatically by manual feeding. The end of line can be integrated with packaging equipment such as cartoning machine, bundling machine, cellophane overwrapping machine, shrink wrapping machine, and case packer. It is the best module for automated production lines.

- State-of-the-art design to ensure stable and reasonable process.
- Equipment material: The base frame is welded with carbon steel. After aging treatment in the natural state for half a year to one year, the internal residual stress will be eliminated to ensure equipment assembly accuracy and smooth equipment operation.
- Processing accuracy: The key components of the equipment are processed using CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers to ensure processing accuracy and smooth operation of the equipment.
- World top brands for the key parts of the electrical components of the equipment (see the configuration list for specific configuration details) ensure the stability of the equipment's operation at high speed.
- Siemens touch screen human-machine interface displays parameters and faults, making operation easy and intuitive, troubleshooting fast and accurate.
- The equipment design is based on people-first principle and adopts user-friendly design in many places. The operating buttons use low voltage to control high voltage, leakage protection switches, door cover protection, and isolation transformers ensure the safety of both electrical components and operators.
- Overload protection systems for the whole machine, for the conveyor chain, for the leaflet folding mechanism, and for the pusher. When overload such as jamming occurs, the machine will automatically stop and the overload position will be displayed on the touch screen, reducing the impact on the equipment damage.
- The packaging procedure adopts the principle of product-first. When there is no product, there will be no leaflet feeding and no carton feeding, so as to ensure the rate of qualified products and reduce the wastage of packaging materials.
- When a different product is changed within a certain range, there is no need to replace the mold/format, but only simple adjustments are required.
- Fully servo-driven design makes commissioning and adjustment easy. Balcony design makes maintenance easy. The heating part will be disengaged during shutdown to avoid waste of packing materials. The servo traction has a photoelectric compensation function, making punching and cutting more precise.
